Koketa Returns & Exchanges
At Koketa, every piece is created in small batches — most are handmade and designed to be one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we don’t do refunds. Here’s how it works:
Store Credit Only
Eligible returns will be issued store credit, valid for 30 days from the date it’s processed.
No cash refunds.
Store credit is issued as a Koketa gift card valid for 30 days.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Panties, custom pieces, and promo/discounted items are final sale.
These items cannot be returned or exchanged — once they’re yours, they’re yours.
Exchanges / Store Credit Eligibility
Eligible items: Tops, tanks, sets, and other non-custom apparel.
To initiate: email info@koketala.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers cover the cost of the return shipping label (typically $5).
Once received and inspected, you’ll get store credit to use on your next Koketa piece.
You are responsible for return shipping; we’ll cover shipping on the new outgoing item.
Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged, email us at info@koketala.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo.
Once confirmed and we receive your damaged item, we’ll ship you a replacement.
Koketa isn’t mass-produced. Each item is made with care, in limited runs, and often by hand. Store credit keeps things sustainable for a small business — and ensures you still get something you love!
